When I went to the ExtraSpace I called the number that was on the door. Yvette was on the property and told me she'd be right there to help me. She was there within 2 minutes which I really liked. I did not have to wait long at all. Yvette was very caring and very respectful to my needs. She walked me through the unit. And walk me through every step of the contract to make sure I understood everything. She asked questions that I didn't even know to ask; showed me how to use the gate code, the lock on the door code.
