This was the most affordable storage i found the staff was very helpful the only bad thing is that elevator on section D is randomly stops in the middle of floors ans its scary

This first half is for the customer service. Kim Buchanan-Coleman, the on-site manager, made my entire rental experience a very smooth & pleasant one. She explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and showed me the property before I signed up. Every time that I showed up with some kind of need, she accommodated me with a smile - even when she was getting ready for lunch. Oh! She even walks the grounds to check up on everything. The employee who helped me was extremely friendly and accommodating! This was my first time renting a storage space, and she gave me great advice and assistance. All my questions were answered and I was able to move my stuff in immediately. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend.
