This place is amazing. Rain at the front desk is very helpful and answered all my questions very professionally, she was not in a hurry with me and made sure I understood all the documents I signed. A lot of other storage companies that are not so kind should take note on how this company treats there customers. Thanks again Rain I appreciate all your help.

Clean facility with easy access, good elevators and plenty of carts. Competitive prices and a bonus for me was that the interior space was almost as good as the more expensive climate controlled spaces at other locations. If I ever need another space in that area, they will be my first stop.

I recently was helping an unemployed veteran that had fallen behind in his payments and his unit contents were up for auction. Fortunately we were able to prevent due to the help of Dora and Kim. They made some exceptions in the payment process and the problem was corrected. Dora was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful in the resolution of the problem. It's a pleasure to work with people like Dora and Kim and I would highly recommend their storage facility.

First time storage renters, amazing experience! Kim is awesome! Apparently according to other Yelp reviews " she's rude ".... my wife and I didn't get that AT ALL! She really went above and beyond and took her time with us. Also, this storage has hours till 10pm. Most others close at 7pm :p. Totally recommend, Kim is awesome, price was great, thank you Kim!

Kim is the best!! My mom died suddenly and I had to vacate her apartment immediately. The problem was, due to Covid restrictions, the packing and the move could only start after 6pm. That meant that the unpacking at a storage unit would be late at night. We had been to several storage facilities all saying they could not accommodate us. Kim was a breath of fresh air. Kim Buchanan-Coleman, the on-site manager has been nothing but awesome and so pleasant to work with. She was very accomodating and provided me with all the information I needed and gave me the peace of mind considering that I'm still out of State.
