I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone. The entire facility is always clean inside and out. Kim is the nicest, friendliest, most helpful person you could ever want to encounter these days. Thank you Kim, for all your help!
This first half is for the customer service. Kim Buchanan-Coleman, the on-site manager, made my entire rental experience a very smooth & pleasant one. She explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and showed me the property before I signed up. Every time that I showed up with some kind of need, she accommodated me with a smile - even when she was getting ready for lunch. Oh! She even walks the grounds to check up on everything. Just came in the other day to open an account for a storage unit. Keep in mind which location you reserved since there is another location down the way. I got mixed up but decided to stay with this location since it was closer. I was helped by Fale who is new to the location but a great new addition to the team. She was enthusiastic and friendly! She made the experience of signing up more enjoyable. Thank you for all the help Fale and keep up with the wonderful customer service!
