I stored my furniture in extra space storage (7362 Garden Grove) last year. I didn't want to write the review because I was dealing with the police so the person who stole it, won't use it for the wrong reason. The person stole my personal things from passports, citizenship and everything valuable (clothes , purses, watches, papers, .. everything..) the person who did it knew what is there .. they took their time to collect things. that means he or she came after hours when no one allowed to be there. I left here over a year ago and still have bad feelings about this place which is why I am compelled to write this even now. Plus my mom always said if you can't say something nice about someone, you shouldn't say anything at all...so I will tell you the nice things. 1. I have been a customer for 4 months. The women who manages this facility is a tyrant. I have a hauling business, i am In and out of this facility sometimes daily. This woman gave me a Warning for checking my oil.... Two day's ago i stuck my hammer on my trailer and she tried to give me another warning but didn't allow her to do so because I gave my notice on the spot. This place was burglarized a few months ago, from the outside it looks secure but not really. On Nextdoor app looks like more than just this Extra Storage location was robbed. Many peoples items stolen and nothing found. We were lucky nothing got taken from ours but I felt bad about the others that didn't fare well. Called Extra Space on Dale Ave in Stanton. The person we spoke to was extremely nice, polite, and helpful. This location didn't have the size we were looking for and she referred us to their other location that had the size we needed on garden grove blvd in Westminster. She even helped us reserve a spot there and said we just had to confirm the reservation with the manger at that location. I have rented here since I moved out of state a few years ago and they constantly raise the rent! With no notice at all either - I notice it on my bank statement when they process my automatic payment. When I moved in it was $55 monthly now it is $120! Ridiculous! I'm planning a trip just to switch companies so I don't have to deal with their constant increases. When I call and email to her more info about the increases they ignore me. Warning - find another storage space and avoid these people like the plague.

Total bait and switch situation. I got in based on the advertised rate that they changed in a few months higher then raised it 40 percent by mail. The place was problematic with scary people living in and around the units. Go somewhere else

Worst customer service! I had stuff stolen from there and called the cops. It looked like an inside job. I then asked Kim to look at the cameras and they said it was to hard to even notice who could of done it! They refused to let me look at the cameras and they said they did it and saw nothing! Then when I tried to get the insurance to pay me off Kim said she had taken it off my contract and that they had sent a letter to let me know. They never sent a letter!
