I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that we understood all the policies, how to access our units and how to find assistance when needed. I found the facilities to be clean and in good order. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of more storage or temporary storage. Armando E.

The staff are EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. I have dealt with Kim and Eduardo. They have been very helpful. The introductory offer for the first month rent is great. The location feels secure. The other tenants are very friendly as well. This is the first time I have rented a storage unit, but I have helped a friend elsewhere and the staff, gate hours, security, and friendliness of Extra Space far surpasses my friend's storage company. Thanks Kim & Eduardo!!!

Ronnie didn't bother to lift my restricted access after we had already discussed the issue over the phone. The night before last I didn't check the time when I got to the storage because I swear the last time I checked my phone for the time it was 8-something and I was heading to the storage site so thats why I didn't check the time. Anyway the gate let me in so that's another reason why I didn't check the time. Our indoor storage space was ROBBED! Beware...If you have a storage room at Extra Space Storage at 7392 Westminster Blvd. between Western Ave. and the 22 Freeway, you better check on your valuables. Thieves entered the property and made their way to the third floor, picked the lock on our door and stole thousands of dollars of guitars, amps, a priceless record collection and many personal items. Don't rent here, your unit will get broken into, it's the live on premises manager Visalia mauga the Samoan lady, you've been warned, I met many people who got there unit broke into, mine did also, way to risky at this place

Do not rent here at all. It's a bad area! There are no cameras inside the units in the buildings, only outside. Someone already stole two times from my unit, and other units were also hit as well. What is suspicious is that my lock and door was left intact, everything was the way it was; door closed and lock back on. The office doesn't care and all they say is: "call the police and make a report!" If you want to keep your items safe, do not trust this place, all they care is about money. Parking here sucks. I just moved in about 4 months ago and they already doubled my rent. To top it off, the building my unit is in, is old, dumpy and outdated with smelly old carpeted isles, and plywood storage units (Don't be deceived by their online pictures) They definitely don't want to keep happy customers. I wasted time and money moving in here.

Extra Space Storage at 7392 Garden Grove Blvd. is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. The representative was very rude and dismissive. I would never recommend using this facility. If I could give them "0" or negative stars I would rate them a negative 5. Go down the street to any other facility.
