This extra space is great and a timely deal . I got a space in less than an hour with a great host. The facility is clean and fresh with fresh air and a warm welcome should be expected for you.

Extra Space Storage is really great, I was able to get an IMMEDIATE storage space on the same day I called & did an online reservation. I was even able to happily get a ground floor large 10x10 room, which was just what I needed, and, UNBELIEVABLY also got the 1st Month FREE! Wow! I'm really still in shock over this wonderful deal, only had to pay about $$39.20 for startup fees and insurance combined in total. With no obligation for a 2nd month or anything! Manager Dennis was very helpful and friendly, even compassionate and I came in to begin the rental process. He was transparent with the fees and payment schedule and insurance. I enjoyed the interaction very much, and it helped me to be positive and excited about my move. It didn't even take too long, and I was driving in the gate with a load of boxes within the hour.

Very friendly, professional and helpful! Tabitha at the Fair Street Extraspace went above and beyond to help me and helped me locate the space I needed at another Extraspace site. D'Pring at the Soquel Ave site was equally as friendly and helpful. The storage space is clean, secure, and well supervised. Recommend.

This is my first time to use storage. During the pandemic, everything getting complex. However, the manager Dennis and his assistant are professional and fun. They help me make reservation and move in with patience. They also explain every detail to you. The storage is almost full when I moved in and people in and out frequently. I definitely suggest people choose extra space!

I had broken up with my fiancé and needed to get her stuff out of my apartment fast. Extra Space Storage was utterly professional and straightforward. I got everything I needed the first day, within 1 hour. Didn't touch a thing in the unit for a year. When my ex-fiancé didn't empty her stuff out of the unit before the lease ended, Extra Space spared me a day to clear it out. I felt well taken care of!
