RecommendedRom was very helpful in our families time of need we had an unexpected death of storage holder and had to follow 41 day protocol and get notary and death certificates but once legal got their paperwork Rom got in touch with me to give me access which was greatly appreciated since I live 100 miles away from Santa Cruz.

RecommendedRom @ Santa Cruz location was great! We switched to a larger space and he patiently re-worked the documents. And, when we couldn’t figure-out how to insert padlock into hasp, and he came to our floor / space to demonstrate it.
