RecommendedRom was exceptionally helpful regarding an issue I had. I would recommend this particular storage location strictly because of the courteous and efficient manner Rom handles questions, issues and everything else for his customers. Additionally, I feel my belongings are safer under his watchful eye. Whenever I visit my unit, I see him on premises, cleaning, greeting and keeping surveillance on the place. Give that man 6 stars, a raise and my appreciation

Rom was very helpful in our families time of need we had an unexpected death of storage holder and had to follow 41 day protocol and get notary and death certificates but once legal got their paperwork Rom got in touch with me to give me access which was greatly appreciated since I live 100 miles away from Santa Cruz.

Rom @ Santa Cruz location was great! We switched to a larger space and he patiently re-worked the documents. And, when we couldn’t figure-out how to insert padlock into hasp, and he came to our floor / space to demonstrate it.

Great Staff! The staff at this location care very much, and put great efforts into getting good reviews. The young man in the front office is very polite, helpful, and kind! He has made an effort to call me personally. I highly recommend asking to speak to Jordan.
