After selling our vacation home in Santa Cruz, we were in need of storage for each of the various family members who wanted specific items from the house. Paola was fabulous! She was able to accommodate our needs - we even had to change one of the units to a larger unit (I underestimated our needs) and she was able to find a unit on the first floor. I've found the unit clean and the staff tend to be helpful. But I think it's unscrupulous to raise monthly fees by 25 per cent without confirming receipt of written notice. This company has our present address, tel number & email on file but sent the notice to the wrong address.

Paola Zepeda who manages this Extra Space Storage facility is friendly, accomodating and patient. I moved 'over the hill' from Los Gatos a year ago and needed extra storage and shopped around many locations and solicited local's recommendations. My boss with high standards and is a University Senior Director, recommended this place highly and I could not be more pleased. I needed a place to store my belonging for a few months and Matt and Paula made me feel comfortable in choosing this location. Process was quick and seamless. Would definitely recommend extra space to anyone looking for a secure, convenient facility to store your things.

The place has many options for size of storage. The staff member who was there was extremely helpful. I last minute had to switch to a bigger unit, and the staff member helped me immediately get a storage unit the correct size and not far from where I had been--so my move was easy. I really appreciate how helpful they are and how positive the experience has been.

We have been using this facility for just about a month now. The facility is clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We have not had any problems and are happy with service.

So far, so good. Easy to rent a clean, accessible space. The staff who handled my rental and gave directions was intelligent, articulate and courteous. The free first month promotion was a cherry on the top and the high definition monitors are a step above the last place I rented storage space.

The staff at Extra Space Storage has gone above and beyond for us and the Girl Scouts of Santa Cruz Area. I would recommend them for your storage needs. Matt and Paola have been especially courteous to us.
