Service and people seemed fine when I first moved in but several months after renting my unit was burglarized. They smashed the lock with enough force to damage the door of the unit but still went unnoticed hauling out almost all of my items. There is no security whatsoever with extra space tho they marketed it as being secure. I wouldn't recommend storing anything of value, but if something has no value it seems better to just get rid of it. I lost over $6000 of items. They even took personal items that were not replaceable... read more

Let me make something absolutely clear: there's nothing physically or functionally wrong with this place. It's clean, well-managed, and I have no complain whatsoever from the actual place or the staff on location -- they have been nothing but courteous and absolutely professional. What I don't like is the FREQUENT AND SIGNIFICANT rate changes, or the excessive late fees ($15) if you are a few days late with the rental. I have to say this is a well-managed place. I had no problems for as long as I've been with them for a couple of years or so. Well, managed, professional, courteous. But their rate went up about 50% within that time. I started at $50 and now I'm asked to pay $76 for a 5x5. Oh, and when I called to complain, they told me that my rate gets hiked every 6-9 months. Talk about NOT rewarding customer loyalty! Time to go to Public Storage again, where I can get the same space for $58.

I rented a space here about three years ago and in the course of those three years there were frequent price hikes. In fact, the price went up by 25 percent in three years. I finally decided to vacate the space. When I did, I went to the office and told them I was vacating. The person in the office couldn't give me anything in writing to confirm my request. The account was properly closed.

What's up with the rate changes?? Only 3 months into my contract and they just raised the price per month by $15. There doesn't seem to be a cap on the rate changes nor any rhyme or reason. None of this was clear when signing the contract. Shady shady...

**SCAMMERS** I AM SO FED UP WITH THEIR RATE CHANGES!!!! Reading complaints from other sites I see people saying they had 2 rate hikes in 18 months.... I just received my 5th (the 1st one only 3 months in) and I am done dealing with these crooks. What started out to be convenient and affordable has turned out to be nothing but a scam. DON'T DO IT!!!!

I don't think the location is a nice place. It is hard to find and the area does not look safe. I would not put my things in that location. Go for your self and see what I mean. Employees might be nice and friendly but they will not be there all the time to keep the place safe.
