During last week there seemed to be a delay in ordering and receiving the heating/cooling unti for my house. This morning I contacted Landmark and was connected to Faith B in Phoenix. Faith began to followup on the claim and in a short time this morning she completely fixed the problem with the location of the needed unit I was expecting.
