During last week there seemed to be a delay in ordering and receiving the heating/cooling unti for my house. This morning I contacted Landmark and was connected to Faith B in Phoenix. Faith began to followup on the claim and in a short time this morning she completely fixed the problem with the location of the needed unit I was expecting. They have done a great job without hassle. In my situation over 3 years they have done electrical as well as replaced water heater, refrigerator, washing machine and repaired a dryer 2x. Thank you!
