Very responsive to my issue. Was able to get my water heater replaced and it was clearly communicated to me what was and what was not covered thru my warrenty

They take care of small items like dishwasher, icemaker, etc. But when it came down to replacing my furnace with a cracked heat exchanger, they denied the claim due to we didn't maintenence it.
