Repairs have been satisfactory from the a/c repair and plumbing situations I had to address this year.
When my HVAC system quit working, I received immediate response from Landmark; got an appointment with a repairman; and he came and quickly found the problem and resolved it. I was new to Landmark and expected to receive some pushback about the claim, but there was none of that. Everyone was professional and focused on getting my claim started and then completed.
So far my interaction with them has been good. Had locks replaced in new home. Nothing further has been necessary.
My experience has been excellent. From the over the phone customer service to the service technician. I received a follow up call and email to remind of something that I needed to decide on for my benefit and it was a bill that needed to be paid to Landmark.
They had timely response and good service
