My latest experience with Landmark Home Warranty was several weeks ago. My dishwasher stopped working. I thought it was an easy fix as the control panel stopped working. I figured it was just a short or even a blown fuse, easily fixable but as it turned out it was something more serious. Instead of repairing it, Landmark just bought me a new dishwasher. We had excellent service and experiences with the maintenance people that were sent out. Our repairs were completed to our satisfaction and we were happy with the short turnaround from inspection to repair. The folks at Landmark made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction.

I found they had some great benefits, specifically when I purchase my home they had rekey benefit, as well as, no delay in using the serivice I immediately need to have the a/c repaired and that fell under the home warranty but of course I didn't know this until I had actually paid for both items (no reimbursement)
