I have had to use the HW 1x, but it was great. MY garage door opener failed, called Landmark, someone came out next day. Could not repair the opener and replaced for the cost of the opener plus the service charge. I was very impressed.

We purchased our home in January and were fortunate to negotiate a home warranty with the seller. We were a little apprehensive as we had no input on the provider, but we lucked out with getting Landmark Home Warranty. Fortunately we have only needed their services once, but they were very fast and the customer service was awesome! I highly recommend them.
