I don't think the contractors that they hire are particularly good, and their customer service on the weekends is horrible. I have ended up having to hire outside work in almost every case.

Everything was well with exception that i had to wait over a week for someone to come check appliance and then had to wait another day for maintenance person to come out.

Our dishwasher stopped working, they had a company out right away. They had to order a new motor and worked on the soap dispenser. The motor was replaced and the soap dispenser worked on. Within a few day we noticed the soap dispenser wasn't working. The company came right back and put in a new one. Very happy with Landmark!
