Within 2 weeks of moving into our new house we had a dishwasher issue, a microwave that was brand new with the tags, book ,and plastic still on it, break and had to be replaced. Those were done in 2 days. The A/C unit went out shortly after that and was repaired in a week due to parts being ordered. In all cases we were treated very well and as quickly as possible. Honestly in my opinion you wont find a better warranty or adjusters than Landmark Home Warranty. Robert Lazzarini
