because they will send on repair person and sometimes its a quick fix and then it happens again after the time limit is over and there goes another $60! Sometimes its cheaper to hire a handy man and CHEAPER!

Easy to use with fast response time. They explained the warranty in detail and gig dknelut out to our new home to have it re keyed right away!!

These guys are on the ball. They respond quickly. I don't get rejected on my claims like some insurances do. They emailed a copy of my contract to me, so it is very clear what they do and don't cover, which adds to my claims not being rejected. They're also very polite. If one contractor doesn't work, they immediately send out a different one to fix my issues.

I don't think they give you fair market value and it takes awhile to actually get a contractor to look at the problem. when a replacement is needed.

I called Landmark for the first time, night before last. Yesterday afternoon a technician was at our home to look into the problem with our AC system. Even though this particular tech did not find a problem, he told us to call them again should the noise return. Last night we called and left a voice message with the contractor. The owner (AirMax) and another technician came today, reported that the outside unit motor was going out. They contacted Landmark and the repair was completed by noon. Outstanding!
