Each time we have called for assistance with a problem, everyone has been most receptive and the people that are sent out are knowledgable and fix the problems.

They were fairly responsive initially, but are unpleasant to talk to on the phone. It always feels combative, like they are upset that something is wrong with your home. They seem relieved if they don't have to do anything about a problem. Last contractor they sent was fairly unprofessional and I called to ask for them to send someone for a second opinion (I wanted the repair to be covered if they found a solution), and they refused, refused several times to let me talk to a supervisor, put me on hold 3 times for about 8 min... read more
