When I have an issue they are quick to respond and if it is at night I get an email and call the next day.

Have had Landmark Home Warranty for 7 years and have always had pleasant representatives, reasonable response times and repairs have been done well and to our satisfaction . . . with the exception of an issue centering around our air conditioning unit. with the exception of one issue involving my air conditioning unit.

Our electric water heater started leaking. I called Landmark & they had a plumber out the next day to evaluate the situation. Plumber determined we needed a new water heater. With in two days the plumber showed up with a new water heater & installed it. There was some question as to whether I needed a new expansion tank (I already had one). I ended up paying $150 for a new expansion tank & new flexible water lines. Overall we were satisfied with the workmanship & timeliness of the replacement.
