Landmark Home Warranty is always friendly and they take care of my needs quickly. They have great contractors and I've always been satisfied with their work. The warranty isn't very expensive and well worth it when compared to what the costs could be for service/repairs/replacements. They have the lowest service call fee from all the different companies I looked at. This is a company I have consistently had good experiences with and would recommend to anyone looking for a home warranty!

I have used Landmark to replace a pool pump. The contractor they use is competent and professional and I had the issues resolved within 24 hours. The folks receiving the calls at Landmark are pleasant and professional. I would recommend Landmark without reservation.

I have had two experiences with Landmark so far - both a bit different. First one the communication etc was very clear and quick. But I had to pay extra money out of pocket which was a concern. The second time the communication was terrible, but I did not have to pay any extra money out of pocket. So, 4/5 is as good as I could rank you so far.
