They maintain great communication from start to finish and my issues are always fixed quick. For the cost of the warranty and things that break throughout the year, its always benefited us to renew the warranty. This is the 3rd year and i have no plans to cancel.

Landmark is super easy to work with. When the locksmith they had referred me to didn’t return my calls, they returned my transaction fee and sent me a check for the value of the work to be done.

Landmark has good services. We requested two service requests last year (2017) and both of them are very satisfied. Their personal are very nice. We got hooked up with service company with hours after the request is made. They follow up the service after every stage. Thanks, Landmark Home Warranty.

We just closed on our home. The ink wasn't even dry yet. Much to our dismay we had to contact Landmark Home Warranty. I hadn't even had time to look at my contract. I was treated with respect. Once they knew the reason I was calling the transferred me to the correct department. My claim was filed and completed in a very timely manner. The contractor was professional.
