Landmark is hands down the best home warranty company. I've never once had a problem with anything upon calling for a repair. It's always fixed fast and to good quality. Never a sloppy job!

OUR original contract showed that we also had garage door opener coverage and when we call to put in a claim on our garage door opener, we were told that we did not have that coverage, so we wound out having it fixed and paid out of our pocket for it to be repair. The plumbing service was great.

I recently had a claim with my furnace not working and Landmark quickly got on the ball and worked with me. The contractor was quick and efficient, and my home is heating again! I also just renewed my policy for another year, and this will be year 5 I believe. Thank you for the outstanding service.
