We only had two items serviced through Landmark in the year after purchase of our "new" home. First and at no charge was the re-key of our locks which went well. Later, our water heater failed and ultimately had to be replaced. Landmark covered the replacement but we had to pay for some of the installation costs. Finally, we had an infestation of ants in the yard which we hoped would be covered by the pest control provision in our contract but no such luck. Pest control is only for inside the house.

We were busy interviewing the new renters when Landmark people arrived. We showed them the locks they needed to reset and they went ahead and did it all very quickly. When they were through they brought us our new keys.
