Too early to tell honestly. I signed up with them a month ago. We did have one service done and was very happy with the service. An agent also personally followed up with me regarding the visit. My last company had a ton of sketchy mom and pop companies come out to service my house. So far Landmark seems to have reputable vendors.

We submitted our first claim after being in our new home for under a week. They rejected the claim before even having a tech come out. I spoke to a manager and from then on its been smooth sailing. We have been treated great. We have submitted 4 claims and recieved great service. Timely responses. Even when they don't cover the repair we trust who they send and will recommend them to others.

I have this company for four years now.I renewed and there was no discounts, then after I renewed there were discounts. I spoke with customer service and within two days I was given the discount. This is ONE of the great many customer service I had with Landmark. As well as great follow up with contractor’s appointment and work.
