They get me the help I need- fast! Helped me out with 3 different problems with my house already, and always do a killer job

I had some issues with scheduling an appoint with the service provider I was referred to and outside of an email (that i responded too) I did not get any follow up from Landmark and actually ended up calling to ask for a different referral.
The warranty more than paid for itself. Landmark representatives were always responsive.
Good but sometimes refuse to cover certain things
