It is nice to have a warranty on items for the house, however, the execution of the service has been like being sold insurance where everything is "out of network" because I have had to pay "extra" for each service call because things were not included.

In this particular appt., I think more could have been done to complete this service. Too hard to explain on email. Other service calls have been better than this one. The plumber did a good job but he is controlled by having to call in and get permission or not get permission to move forward. My shower stall is not used by you or your company. It is used by the customer.

Usually, the company has been OK. For this issue, they left me with a leaky bathroom sink for a week now. I've emailed twice, and was told when I finally called...you should call for responses. The first person they assigned the job declined immediately (they don't actually have a business anymore) and it took 4 more days for the job to be reassigned. I hope this delay doesn't leave us with water damage.
