Landmark has been terrific! This company is all about customer service and the businesses they contract with have been top-notch. There have been two instances where I needed to utilize Landmark; the re-keying of our newly-purchased home and a problem with the AC unit, also in the new home. Both were taken care of perfectly, professionally and quickly.

The appliance got fixed but the deductible was far too high. We had a dishwasher checked out 2-3 times, and expected by the last time that we finally would get a replacement. No luck.

They were rated that way, because no one is available for the weekend assessments they were rated that way because any service request entered on the weekend does not get it handled until the following Monday morning.

Fast and friendly team to assist in any problem that may arise. Never had a bad experience in the 6 years I've been with them. Repairs are always done to good quality and no long waits for repairs.
