Each time we have had to call on Landmark they have gone above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.
I called with a problem covered by the warranty the tech came quickly ordered the needed part and worked with our schedule to install it when we were available.
Because quality and coverage is average. Just like anyone else... Nothing really jumps out as being above any other companies or what I would judge as spectacular. The customer service representative that you speak with have outstanding personalities and very professional. They however are above par.
Landmark is extremely responsive and Summer W is the best.
I am very satisfied. The only thing left unresolved for over 1 year is my inability to access my account online.
