Overly segmented to the point of fragmentation. A single issue can take multiple calls to multiple people to resolve. Electronic communication is lacking. I'm disappointed that there is a stated expectation that a service provider is to reach out to the customer, but if they do not the onus is on the customer to follow up. I'd expect Landmark to be on top of the contractors they hire. If I wanted to chase down service providers all day long I'd cancel my warranty, cut out the middle man, and save the money.
Alway's been pleased with service until the most recent. Didn't really seem to get my value from the service with the options that were laid out.
They were prompt, the contractors they sent were great
It's nice not to worry about the cost but, I do believe the call service could be better.

A few weeks ago our garage door spring snapped in half and we were unable to access and park in our garage. We live in chilly Idaho winters so wanted a fix asap. We submitted our claim online and were good as new in less than one business day. Thanks Landmark!
They scheduled time quickly to come look at the problem and the guy that showed was very nice and professional!
