I received great service and commitment. Every time I called in for service, we were able to get an appointment either for the next day or within 2 days. Every agent was very polite and understanding. I definitely will be renewing my contract for next year, never had one problem. Thank you Landmark!

used then twice have has minimal issues my husband and I had American Home Shield in our last house. It was also good but for the life of me I dont understand why Landmark keep bother me about reviews I am a senior and do not want to fool with this please understand

While I have only had 1 no heat call I was very impressed with Intrastate A/C(the contractor that Landmark sent out). The techs were profresional, wasted no time in finding the problem, had the parts needed on their truck. I have only had 1 other experience with a warranty company and let me tell you. It was at the very beginning of the contract and a -10 stars would be to high of a rating! I cancelled the contract just as soon as I had shown the technician to the door! Landmark saves you money for any repairs that is needed for your home. I had to replace my garbage disposal and it only cost me the trip call $70 to replace a $150 appliance. My water softener went out and even though they couldn't repair it . I was given a check that I was able to buy a new unit, wasn't the same brand but is working as well as the original softener.
