Every experience I've had has been a positive one. I had to call to get my A/C services and I had an appt with the AC co within just a couple hours for the next day. If ur AC actually breaks, its even quicker! Great customer service, great coverage, great price!!

We purchased a home built in 1994 and requested a home warranty. Within the first three months of occupying our new home the thermostat stopped working, it was in the middle of winter and very cold. I contacted Landmark Home Warranty. The customer service agent's first concern was if we were okay and had a way to stay warm until they could get help on the way. Landmark Home Warranty reps were fast, efficient, and got it completed on a Sunday (for an extra fee), but at least it happened on a Sunday. We were on a time crunch and this made all the difference.
