I've had Landmark home warranty for several years , I have had to open repair tickets with no issues . Their trade contractors have always been professional . I like the annual AC tune up that is offered and you get reminders as well . I have and will continue to recommend Landmark

I have used my policy twice to fix my heating and cooling systems. They got me back up and running. Excellent service from Cynthia F during my renewal process.
As long as you are in constant communication with the company things will typically be settled. I, thankfully, stay at home with kids, so I have the time to get matters figured out. I sometimes have to call many times to get all the info I need, but it's worth it to me to have repairs covered on my home.
They responded quickly with our problem.
The AC company came on time and was responsive to indicate problems.
I called Landmark to add coverage and I was able to speak to a live person in less than two minutes which is a miracle these days. Sarah M took care of my needs so quickly. I would definitely recommend!
Melinda G did a fantastic job. In my opinion Landmark should pride of having such an employee.
