The price for the **** storage unit I rented was $114. There were no complaints, until I visited my unit to check on my belongings and they were covered in dirt and grime from the ceiling. I immediately wondered why I'm paying $114 to have dirt tossed over my couches and mattresses?Now using the New Year as an excuse, they're raising the price of my unit to $166. From top to bottom this organization is poorly managed and entirely unprofessional. I hope the entire company goes under. Maybe they can sell off their phones and computers they’re incapable of using to pay their staff they can’t keep.
Love this place, super accommodating. Used them a few months back at a different location. I am now at the Duncan Perry Road location in Arlington. The first time months ago, I met Malek M*******, he was just an Assistant Manager filling in for that site. I came across his path now at the Duncan Perry location. This is the second time I have used Life Storage and I also have a friend who uses multiple units. The service the first time was A+. Great customer service, easy in and out. Staff made the stress off of a very stressful situation easier and the rates are great. This time I rented a unit a few days ago and worked with Alex. She was super helpful, we had a great conversation and she made it so easy. I will always use Life Storage and often recommend it to friends!
Please for your own safety and peace go somewhere else. They are eager to take your unit ND belongings regardless of how long you've had space and no matter WHAT caused the set back. I'll be moving out soon.
