Is was my first time renting a storage, I have the customer service , the personnel Kent was excellent, he has good skills, he helps me figure out the size of storage. Because I didn’t have clue. Thank so much I’m sure will recommend other to this location life storage that’s is in Lawrence.

We just rented a storage unit at this location. The manager was a great guy and was super helpful to us in every way. Also a very nice facility. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs!

I would like to give Life Storage a 0 because half of my unit has been cleaned out! I recommend u never get a storage unit unless u can use ur own lock!!!
I have had a unit in the North Aurora facility for a year and have had no problems until recently. One evening at around 830pm, my daughter and I were accessing our unit to take out Christmas decorations and a car drove in very fast with a woman in her 20's being very loud and she parked where we were parked. She did not access a unit and she was acting very strange so we decided to leave and come back the next morning, when we did, the girl was still there car parked in the same spot sleeping in her car. Facility is clean and well maintained. Staff friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Price is reasonable.
Great staff. Not the best unit’s or facilities however the online promos and staff make it worth it.
