The Niceville Florida location is very well managed and run. The staff couldn't be more friendly, informative and helpful. The monthly rental is 1/5th of what I've paid for the same sized unit in Miami and Maine. Place is spotless and I highly recommend it if you're looking for storage space.

We rented a 10 x 20 unit and after 4 hours and 5 people working filled it to 80% capacity on a Thursday. On Saturaday we go back with a few more items we had left to move and the roll up/down breaks and would not close. I went get the manager and he's like yeah its broke. So me and one friend have to move entire unit's contents down the hall by ourselves which took forever. Then it made me late to return the ***** truck which costs me another $100 more! I have seen many storage facilities & I must say Life Storage really impressed me. This is the cleanest storage I have ever seen, everything operates easily & it's functionality is great! Wide well lit isles, plenty of carts, magnetic door holds and a feeling of security while loading & unloading. I can't forget Charles, if it wasn't for his phone call to me after I cancelled my reservation I never would have known what a great facility this is. Ty Charles!

I spoke with 4 different local storage companies but it was Susan at Life Storage who really went above and beyond, she's been brilliant to work with especially since I was new to storage and she really took the time to help me get setup and feel comfortable. I'm really thrilled with Life Storage and the customer service from Susan, thank you!

im a appalled . they raised my fee without notice, and then when I went online saw that they were charging me 195 a month but online it was 55 a month? When I called to complain and said that they were scamming me I was SCREAMED at by a new manager who said he was brought in bc the location was having complaints. No kidding ...so poorly run and robbery! Then he told me he was not able to honor the rate but oh wait a minute ...he could but I had to move units...1 unit down bc he was unable to change my rate without me moving ... read more

In Dec 2022, Life Storage acquired a property from ***** ******* **** 5500 FT. Rd. Chantilly, VA 20121. Both companies stop sending TEXT which is what most customers like me rely on. On January 01, 2023, I couldn’t pay EXTRA STORAGE online. EXTRA STORAGE failed to send the regular notification to pay via text, failed to post an announcement on their website of the change of ownership, and most customer couldn't make the payment online on January 01, 2023 or after. Life Storage is premier The management is Caring & Making sure the property is safe. Belongings need to be monitored with new incoming clients - Nothing that is a combustible item ever and no chemicals. Please make sure the video is digital and the latest technology Lenna and Rob great team members Hicksville New York is always immaculate- floors & lighting - With the risk management - LS should make the units only available. 6AM - 6PM - daily

Stefanie was very kind and helpful. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. It is very easy to get into and exit. Great location. I would recommend them to anyone!
