I have been a long time customer of the Life Storage on Ocotillo Road in Queen Creek. The manager there is always so friendly and helpful and the place is immaculate. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a safe and clean storage facility. Plus they have free coffee and clean restrooms. *****

The Lipage location is great! Shervae helped me with my rental and she’s wonderful! She’s very friendly, informative and helped me get the right size shed for my needs. This location is safe, clean and affordable.
They sold my stuff without letting me know! No phone call no email. They just sent me an email after they sold my thing already! I was a bit behind my payment dew to some work difficulties, but I called to the office and representative said that I can come to the office to make a payment and that my stuff are safe. This company will randomly increase prices without warning! It all feels scammy. Avoid!
I've been a customer with *************************************************************** in **********, ** since 2016 (since before it was even purchased by/rebranded to ExtraSpace). I go there maybe 4 times a year to pack and unpack holiday decorations, and other than that, just pay my bill and have never had any issues.Tonight we went to our storage unit at 8:30pm to start cleaning it out. One important detail I left out.. Even will all of this, we were all out of the gate by 10:05pm and pulled into my driveway at home at 10:10pm. If it weren't for having to deal with the manager, we would have been out be 10:01pm to 10:02pm.. All this over 120 seconds....
Alot wrong with this company. Start off with the price of units don't match advertised price and even raise price very often. Second they get into units and move stuff. Lastly in worst case scenario they don't properly notify "tenant" of unit auction and people losing their stuff.
The guy at the office,Mr.G*** was very helpful and attentive to my needs and questions. I would highly recommend Life Storage..
