I moved into a unit at the Life Storage facility at 636 SW Loop 410 at about 2pm on 12/7/22. The next day 12/8/22 at 9:15am I arrived at the facility I notice the gate had been left open all night. When I arrived at my unit the unit door was partially open, and my remaining belongings were strewn all over the driveway. I had been robbed. Raised rate twice in under a year to nearly double.
These people are criminals, it isn't any wonder they netted 800 million last year, not only raise my rent, they charged me a late fee, because they would'nt honor the grace ****** because it fell on a holiday. So the unit I was suppost to originally pay $110.00 was honorably raised to $261.00, The manager "******" and her district manager "******" Who's Aunt and Uncle are probably their Mom and Dad are a colorfull money grubbing Dog breed to say the least. Tremendous customer service! I would highly recommend this facility and this company. Katelyn went the extra step to ensure a smooth and easy on boarding process.
From The day I made my reservation, the customer service was great. The store manager, Angela who is the manager at the military road location in Niagara Falls called me after I made the reservation to introduce herself. Yesterday, I went in to pay for the unit after having a horrible day at work. She was absolutely AMAZING! She was friendly, funny, explained everything in detail, and ensured I was completely satisfied every step of the way. I left feeling like a valued customer!
Kimberly at the San Jose, CA location went above and beyond in taking the time to help me determine if the storage unit I reserved online had the appropriate dimensions for my needs. Johnny was friendly and efficient in getting through all of the paperwork. The storage facility is clean and secure. So glad I found this place!
Staff was friendly from Union Rd, Leo Place and customer service line. The storage building is clean and easy to access.
Called to reserve a unit. ***** told me he'd give me a lock for free if I gave him an excellent review. That is how they get their good reviews on their website, bribery.I went in to fill out the contract and he told me I didn't have a unit at their facility, he argued with me about it. Finally discovered there was another page. Duh!***** took me to see the unit. Door was broken and there was a gaping hole in my unit with shredded sharp edges made in my unit by the adjoining unit.
