This is a home that looks nice on paper, and looks nice when you walk in; it's one for the family's conscience rather than the resident, which unless you've seen lots of care homes is something you don't realise until you've already chosen to place your family member there. Baycroft Fairfield has not responded to my family's concerns regarding my grandmother's care appropriately on numerous occasions.
