This is the third time my brother has been for respite at Baycroft Fairfield Care Home. Each time the staff have shown care and concern, friendliness and support, both for my brother and myself. The kindness is always there. The food is very good and cups of tea when I bring my brother back to Fairfield after taking him out are very welcomed. My brother's room is very clean with everything he needs. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would like my brother to live permanently at Fairfield in due course.

This was a difficult time for me but there was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Management and staff were attentive and caring. Heartfelt thanks for my time of respite care.

A really warm and friendly welcome as you step through the entrance door. Staff are very helpful and approachable. Facilities are exceptional and all staff and residents blend together well. A very nice home when you can no longer live in your own home. Well done!

When entering the care home, it gives one of the opinion it is almost home from home. Friendly care is obvious and staff are very helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Spending a few weeks of respite care after a knee replacement. I have found all members of staff very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and there is plenty of choice in the freshly prepared food. Staying here was definitely a good choice.

My mother moved to Baycroft Fairfield for a period of respite care following a serious fall that had reduced her mobility and confidence. The staff and residents made her feel welcome and included. Her medication, contact with nursing services and a local GP were all arranged quickly. Over the 8 weeks of respite, she began to walk with confidence and engage with others.
