Very clean and luxurious facility. All the staff are very professional and courteous. Covid restrictions are very well managed. The staff are attentive and compassionate. The food and beverages are top class especially their soup.

Care staff very helpful and responsive. Nursing staff excellent not always enough on. Catering staff open to suggestions and food quality is good. New activities coordinator is very inclusive and innovative. Promised therapies have not yet happened.

My father moved to Baycroft, Fairfield on 2nd Sept 2021. I have been so impressed and relieved at the care and respect that my dad has received at Baycroft since he arrived. In only a week, I have seen a great change in his physical health but also in his emotional status. He is even watching TV again which he hadn't done since my mum died in June. My husband needed urgent respite care due to failing mobility. From the initial contact, Baycroft Fairfield was extremely helpful, and all questions and concerns were positively and reassuringly dealt with. Although my husband has only been at Baycroft for a few days, he seems to have settled in well.

This is a very happy place to be. The staff is wonderful and fun. The food is excellent. The caring is brilliant. It was the best decision I made to come here.

The staff are fantastic; my mother is terminally ill and EOL, however, the staff have given her the confidence to take part in activities, and I can genuinely say that she has been happy since arriving at Baycroft. I don't have to worry any more as she is safe and cared for.
