My husband needed urgent respite care due to failing mobility. From the initial contact, Baycroft Fairfield was extremely helpful, and all questions and concerns were positively and reassuringly dealt with. Although my husband has only been at Baycroft for a few days, he seems to have settled in well.

This is a very happy place to be. The staff is wonderful and fun. The food is excellent. The caring is brilliant. It was the best decision I made to come here.

The staff are fantastic; my mother is terminally ill and EOL, however, the staff have given her the confidence to take part in activities, and I can genuinely say that she has been happy since arriving at Baycroft. I don't have to worry any more as she is safe and cared for.

It is lovely here. Always lots of help. Excellent food. Plenty of activities. Beautiful gardens. It was a good decision to come here.

My Mum, who has early-stage dementia, went into Baycroft Fairfield at the age of 92 for 4 weeks respite care following a broken hip. She had always stated that she would never live in a care home! However, 2 weeks into her stay she asked if she could stay for good and make Baycroft Fairfield her permanent home as she liked it so much. Mum is now living there very happily and is supported so well by the staff. She couldn't be any better cared for.
