The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

A very caring home with excellent communication with family members. The environment is stimulating, safe, welcoming and clean. The food and accommodation are excellent, and residents are well cared for.

I came as a respite patient, and when I first arrived, I thought it was very impressive and welcoming. It is a lovely place to stay, and I would highly recommend it. The activities are great and varied. Being bedbound, the activities carer sat with me - we had a lovely afternoon and really appreciated it. The management and staff are caring and friendly.

Excellent in all areas of care for my mother. Activities are interesting and fun. They have taken part in some brilliant activties.

The initial welcome was warm and all-encompassing. The standards achieved in the cookhouse were nothing short of miraculous given such limitations in their space and time. The rooms were beautifully prepared to please any integrity in age of prospective resident.

First of all, from the minute I brought my mother here the wonderful staff took over. The care they showed to both me and my mother at this stressful time was amazing. My mum is not the easiest of dementia patients but is being looked after by staff who really do care. It's a lovely place where my mum is secure.

If the Queen lived here she would be very happy and I enjoy being with all the staff and other residents. My friends have called me and said to me that since moving to Baycroft I am back to my happy self.

My nan needed emergency respite care just before Christmas 2021, they were able to sort everything and answer all my questions. She had never been to respite care before and was very adamant she would never go or wouldn't stay. The customer relations manager was very supportive and helped me and my family to get her in, settled and happy within a matter of hours.
