Fairwinds has had all of my car loans for 23 years with competitive interest rates. I always get great customer service at the branches. Kudos to Marysol in the downtown Orlando branch for providing great service with a smile during the last few years!

I have always gotten great customer service, no matter if its my car loan, mortgage or general banking. Yelena Love has gone above and beyond with exceptional customer service. My mortgage, car loan and all banking is done there Thank you Fairwinds!
This Downtown Branch absolutely awesome. I want to give special attention to Shannon HIll. She has gone above and beyond for me and my family regarding our HELOC. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her. She is accessible, attentive, informative and courteous. i moved out of state and ever since I moved they have robbing me through over draft fees. every week I'm hit with one it seems. idk if it's the time difference or what but when I make a transaction it waits days to actually take it out of my account. so when it does actually come out the money is no longer there and I'm with an over draft fee. it's become quite disgusting how much money they've taken from me over the past few month. insane. I bank there now I'm trying to find another bank. I've been going through breast cancer and I keep getting all these nonsufficient funds and courtesy funds. It's ridiculous. They won't even try to work with me. They run my payments through before the time they're supposed to be ran just so they can get them nonsufficient fun fee

Lan Nguyen has been amazing. She is very knowledgeable with helping with refinancing needs and CDs. I just refinanced my car and she answered all my 101 questions (lol) and made me feel comfortable with my decision. She gave me different options with saving money short and long term. I would recommend her!!
