big mistake joining fairwinds, maybe if you live near a branch and dont mind going to banks it may be ok. If like me and do every banking task online its really bad. Called twice today because I received debit card but no account # and was 8 min and 9 min waiting to speak with someone, and they couldn't give account # over phone so I couldn't deposit money into account and told it should come in mail soon. they say serve all of Polk but no branches. I joined for Orlando Magic pre-game experience and will be closing account.

The people in the bank Evilina ricky and all the others are wonderful however the website needs to be taken over by another company. Especially bad is the small business situation with this site. for almost two weeks i could not get on and i had to waste at least 3 hours in the bank to fix and it still today does not work again i am fed up with this website and the company you contract with. Sad cause the bank employees are exceptional or i would be long gone......

Officially giving up on this bank. Ive had an account with them for over 10 years and recently they have gone away from helping the customer and gotten very greedy. They charge fees to you account even when you have money in your account, they are just as bad as BOA. Im done! Im putting all my money in my other bank account its not worth it having a credit union if they arent going to help you.

Credit Union...ok so it's a BANK. Thats pretty basic but I can say the building is very clean and nice. You have to walk inside and there is a security guard on duty for the building there so that extra bit of safety downtown is a bonus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sure they will try and offer things for you to sign up for, but that is their job and they were not push about it. I stopped in to check in with Business Services, as our company was recently approved for a line of credit in addition to a small loan. The application process was super easy, as was the document portal for providing financial statements and forms. Unfortunately, the 2nd floor was being renovated (it looked GREAT!) and, I didn't know that the people I wanted to see had been temporarily relocated to Baldwin Park. Very professional and efficient team for a downtown a orlando location. Employees know me by name and do what they can to help my business accounts. I decided to open a savings also as their customer service beats Wells Fargo.

I have a nuisance account at Fairwinds and they socked me with $70 in NSF Fees after they claim I had 2-transactions that failed to post at 8:58 AM and my deposit was processed at 9:03 AM. I asked the email customer service team to reverse these and they told me they will have to charge me 2,000 customer reward points. They process withdrawals first and then process deposits. I have been a customer for 30 year, since before it was Fairwinds and all the branches were Navy Federal. This irks the hell out of me!
