This Downtown Branch absolutely awesome. I want to give special attention to Shannon HIll. She has gone above and beyond for me and my family regarding our HELOC. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her. She is accessible, attentive, informative and courteous. I have all several accounts with Fairwinds and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank You Fairwinds!

for the most part I get decent service with one or two exceptions, I often tease that it takes longer to make a deposit than to take money out of my account but today that certainly was not the case, I do not have a working ATM card ... So today I went to the downtown branch ( I have not been to that one before but it was kinda on the way to my destination, very limited parking and a 15min time limit Tow away signs for cars violating the limit. i moved out of state and ever since I moved they have robbing me through over draft fees. every week I'm hit with one it seems. idk if it's the time difference or what but when I make a transaction it waits days to actually take it out of my account. so when it does actually come out the money is no longer there and I'm with an over draft fee. it's become quite disgusting how much money they've taken from me over the past few month. insane. I bank there now I'm trying to find another bank. I've been going through breast cancer and I keep getting all these nonsufficient funds and courtesy funds. It's ridiculous. They won't even try to work with me. They run my payments through before the time they're supposed to be ran just so they can get them nonsufficient fun fee

Lan Nguyen has been amazing. She is very knowledgeable with helping with refinancing needs and CDs. I just refinanced my car and she answered all my 101 questions (lol) and made me feel comfortable with my decision. She gave me different options with saving money short and long term. I would recommend her!!

I visited all the time there is a angel that work there that has help me get my credit in order help me with paying off debt to build wealth and she deserves to be recognized her name is Len Nguyen and I tell everyone I meet if the financial situation is not in order come see her she will tell them what to be done so yes she is my biggest inspiration.

Had a minimum amount needed to keep account open without fees, so we put that in because we liked the bank and wanted to keep the account open in case we switched over to it in the future. They raised the minimum needed without us knowing. Proceeded to completely drain our $550 w/ fees that never existed before. Basically stole our money and then wanted us to pay them more in penalties. Never had a bank just drain my account before after implementing new rules.
