I love my Fairwinds family. This location might be my favorite in Orlando! Although this location is in the heart of Downtown Orlando they are never busy, or at least they work so efficiently I couldn't tell. The staff is incredibly welcoming and are always ready to assist and provide offers if available. I appreciate the staff being consistent also. I'm finally doing it... Leaving this branch a two-star review. I hate to do it because overall I am very satisfied with Fairwinds as a whole. This branch however, just doesn't do it for me. The drive through is always a wreck. I'm not talking about Friday afternoon when everyone is scrambling to get to the bank. I'm talking about the middle of the day, middle of the week. I would actually like to write a review for the branch in Maitland, Florida off of Orlando Ave however there doesn't seem to be a location listed. I have done all my banking there for years and can't say enough good things about them. As a credit union in general, I expect that they would have higher standards than most banks because they are community run, which means their members vote for on their board of directors and generally have the CEO on speed dial. They used to be good, but their rates are horrible with high fees. Plus, their customer service is now totally unresponsive and their site does not work well. Avoid them at all costs. Currently, they put my account on hold, and they will not close it. I have recently filed reports with the BBB and credit union. Avoid at all costs.

Great credit union located near UCF and research park. Usually pretty quite, except for lunch time.
