I am so highly upset and frustrated with Fairwinds. I opened up an account over 3 months ago. Not only have I never received a debit card. But they continued charging me maintenance fees. When I explained to someone in person how I’ve never used the account once. They said thats too bad the account is closed and you have to pay us to remove it from collections. Definitely don’t recommend them to anyone.

FAIRWINDS is a joke. I will be moving my banking elsewhere. There was fraud on my account and I’ve been waiting two and half weeks for a new debit card. I called to complain and someone will get back to me within 1 business day. Are you kidding me. Besides the different answers I get every time I call, the wait time is completely unacceptable. Customer service is ridiculous.

Every month issues with logging in and every few months new fee Fairwinds wants to charge me.

They are unnecessarily picky. They reject to give a credit card to people who has excellent credit score and high credit limits and low current dept. It's ridiculous.

After 4 years as a member , i bought a cashier check and now fairwinds is calling me to aske me the date of birth of the person i bought the cashier check for, really??? They Never have called me to protect me for a personal check bit for cashier check they did. Wrong very wrong

Deposited my paycheck and the atm shut off. Almost 1000.00 it took from me on Sunday. FAIRWINDS is doing nothing! There employees do not care! The worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Never open an account with them! Worse then big banks.

There was a day when customers meant everything to them. They no longer deserve the right to be called a credit union as they are more restrictive than banks and the employees are curt and rude on a regular basis.

Thought everything was going well. Opened my account in 2015 and built good history with them. When I needed financial help they turned me down. Totally devastated. Wasted my time!! Will withdraw every last penny very soon.
