I loved Fairwinds. I bank with them, my car loan is with them, and my credit card as well. I applied for my mortgage here. My realtor and I were given positive feedback because I was providing all the information required, told the application looked great, paid $425 for an appraisal and went through this whole process to be rejected by the PMI company because I haven't worked at my job for 2 years. I received very poor customer service at the Apopka branch today. This is why I no longer have my regular accounts with Fairwinds.

I have been dealing with a dispute with fairwinds for the past 4 months! The communication from the call center is horrible!! I was told what i needed to do in order to go further in the dispute (Which was to go to the nearest fairwinds and write a letter explaining what happened which i did as soon as i got off the phone with them) only to find out they needed more information but everytime i called they didnt have anything on my file. Fee based and not a Customer Based credit Union. They compete with Bank of America on seeing how fast they can drain your account with fees.
