Can no longer recommend this organization after the Baldwin Park manager, Richard Smith authorized the trapping and removal of a feral cat colony that has been in Baldwin Park since the navy base days. Not only has he authorized their demise, he has also lied to concerned citizens who tried to organize and come up with a alternate solution. I will no longer be doing business, both personally or professionally, if these cats are removed!
ATM is broken more than working at Semoran and Hanging Moss. Buy a new Machine guys! Suck so bad to go to the ATM day after day and its broken down. If my car was this bad I could not work. Same for your atm
I am truly rethinking my accounts with Fairwinds the customer service is trash so far. I’m really sad I’m stuck until I pay off my loan, my home credit union puts them to shame.
I have been a member of Fairwinds for just under 15 years and as of late the customer service is horrible. The favorite line is "I am sorry I am not able to access that information or I don't have the ability to help with that." (Smile) What is the purpose of having people answer phone calls that can not provide you with service. In addition, it is amazing that a credit union of this nature is not able to handle simple request.
Customer service via phone is always wonderful however their online bill pay is super confusing and their atms are always down!!! I have been a member since 2005 and I'm over going to multiple banks to make one deposit!
Since Saturday July 8th I've been trying to get a matter with my overdraft corrected. I get bounced around and at the end I as of today, Thursday July 13th 6 days later problem still not solve. Disappointed customer of 10 years with FCU.
