Went there with my bearded dragon, they informed us they were unfamiliar with them but could still work with her. They did a fecal test and found pinworms. They didnMt have the proper mdication we needed so they substituted it with another medication called ivomec. Well i went home and seeked advice from a herpetologist. Turns out ivomec is extremely harmful to bearded dragons and should NEVER be used. It causes their kidneys to start shutting down and almost always causes death in bearded dragons. Way over priced. I called & made appt for my pets ear to be checked. They charged me for a visit plus another charge for checking his ear?! WHat?? That's why I took him in!! RIP OFF!! �

My Yorkie was bit by another dog while camping just over a week ago. It got infected so my husband and I left our trip early and took him in. The vet found one bite wound on the side of his neck, cleaned it, and prescribed antibiotics. That wound is doing great now. However, a few days later, there was immense swelling underneath his neck. My dog was not eating due to the swelling right by his throat. I took off work and brought him in again. RecommendedThank you Family Pet Hospital for not performing the amputation of each p3 toe bone in cats, declawing. Declawing should have never been legal. It is illegal in 44 countries for a reason. Appointment at 11:00. Doctor came in to attend to my pets at 11:30. Doctor didn`t look like he`d ever done this kind of procedure before. My husband assisted the doctor NOT the doctors assistant. Paid full price which was way to much after Doc being half an hour late for appointment and husband doing half the work! Sorry but i will never come back here and i will never refer anyone to this clinic either....i am VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
Dr. Kate and the staff there just saved our kitty's life. She was so sick and had to spend the weekend in the hospital. Dr. Kate not only stayed later for us but came in on days off to let us know how she was. The staff were so good and kind to our beloved kitty. We recommend them highly for your four legged furmily.
