The guy at the front desk with all of the earrings and the tattoo on his neck is very rude. He is not clear in his instructions and the word please isn't in his vocabulary. 27 September 2022 0930 150 fran cam 28311
My 2nd time at this location...I should've known better from my 1st experience. Nothing had changed... Very long wait any time of the day month or year that you go. There's more talking in the back office between the workers and doctor than seeing patients. I spent over an hour in the waiting room and over 1.5 hours in the exam room. I'm writing this as I wait to be seen by the Dr. I will update after I leave
I made a appointment for my 11 months to be seen about him possibly having pink eye. My husband took him today at 3 pm he arrived at 2:50 and they didn't get seen for till way after the appointment time and currently now they made it to the back to just be sitting in the room waiting. It's just irritating to have a appointment at a certain time and not get seen at that time. What's the point of having appointments and having a sick baby is more frustrating on top of that. Update to my previous review . I've stopped using this place .. impossible to reach anyone over the phone . Had a billing question ( they had not filed my insurance) after several attempts and several weeks later someone finally calls me back .. she informs me they would file with my insurance. Fast forward a few months and they sent me to collections? Wth??! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else .

If there were a worse rating than 1 star I would give it. My girlfriend was recently diagnosed as being covid positive - @ Fastmed - To frame this, she was diagnosed on Friday Jan. 14 2022 - Today's date is Sunday Jan. 16 2022 - She is at home resting - fighting the covid symptoms - she has researched and found their is an infusion treatment that she can get - however to get locally she needs a referral - Since they tested her and I went back for the referral - The Dr there or Provider as the front desk operator referred to ... read more
I went to this location Wednesday the 10th in a hurry because I had a UTI and it was causing me to have frequent urination as well as blood. The WALK-IN clinic told me that they were "not doing" walk ins that day and were very busy. There was one other man in the lobby and no one in the parking lot. They were so busy that the nurses had enough time to gossip, backs turned to me and everything. I had to go to the emergency room at Cape Fear instead, which is about 20 minutes from the location. Horrible! Sat there for 3+ hours for something that takes 15 mins. Not to mention I had a freaking appointment. Everyone in the waiting area seemed to very unpleased. Some even got up and left.

The lack of patient sensitivity and professionalism is appalling. When I explained to the nurse that my partner has anxiety within a medical facility and asked if we could be seen together, it was brushed off. During the intake procedure- the med aid lacked listening skills and any professional communication/behavior. The center needs to train their staff with true customer service along with medical knowledge on what anxiety means to a patient.

Garbage! Showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment for something as simple as a physical. Waited for over two and a half hours to be seen. Once I was put in a room it was then another 45 minutes for what took 3 minutes. Need to take a piss test but you're worried about it? This is the place for it, piss in a coffee cup write your name or your buddy's name on it with a pen. Sit it right next to the other coffee cups filled with piss next to the toilet.
