I came here for a strep test. I got here at 8am when they opened. Other walk ins were taken way before me. There is nothing urgent about this office. Don't go here. This will be my last time I come here. They couldn't figure out my insurance then this. I shouldn't have to wait this long. I could have strep and be infecting the entire waiting room but hey it's okay they don't care about their patients. I will definitely be calling corporate about this one.

There is nothing fast or urgent about this place. Even if you arrive at your appointment time, you don't get brought back til an hour later some times. And the wait can be 3-4 hours long if you walk in. I've been helped sooner at an ER than this place.
Business response:
Thanks for raising this issue, Sam. We keep track of wait times, and we do our best to see patients as quickly as possible. We'd like to understand more. Will you email details to CustomerRelations@FastMed.com? Thanks. We look forward to hearing from you.
On 9/27/20 I went to FastMed because of pain in my left calf muscle. The PA or whoever saw me did not take time out to examine or ask questions as to when the pain started? How did it start? etc. Instead, it was you need to go to the emergency room because you may have a DVT blood clot. I was wondering how they came to that conclusion when PA did no examination. So, instead of going to the ER. I waited and went to my PCP who then sent me to Urgent Care that is connected to them. The dr. there did an actual work up and diagno... read more

I checked and filled out information online as a new patient for an appointment I had on May 26, 2020 for 9:30 AM. As I was filling out the information online, I clearly stated that I was wanting a physical. When I went for my appointment on the 26th, for some reason the blonde lady at the front desk asked me the reason for my visit again, and asked me to fill out a paper. On it, I clearly stated I was here for a physical and general questions. She told me my copay was $20. Which I accepted. She takes me to the examination r... read more

Worst location and provides I have ever encounter. Service is terrible, even with an appointment the wait is long and they are not helpful.

Went in February 2020 to be seen for abscess that was causing pain. No drainage or bleeding whatsoever. I paid the no insurance copay of $119. The Dr. said she could do a culture but figured she wouldn't get anything back since it wasn't draining yet. She examined me and did a culture on my abscess that wasn't even bleeding. Prescription & discharged. Two weeks later I receive a bill for $100 for the culture. The Dr never informed me that I would have to pay for that otherwise why would I have her try to get a culture from s... read more

They need to take "Urgent" out of the name. This facility works as slow as a snail. I will sit in the waiting room for several hours for a problem that they solve in 10-15 minutes. This was a terrible experience and I hope no one goes to this facility.
I went for a walk in and it took me over three hours to be seen. I had some basic testing done and was told I'd get my results the following day. I never received a call, so I called them AT 3PM! And I was told there were no results logged yet and that I should get a call by the end of the workday (4PM this particular day) ... never got the call. I called at 5 thinking maybe someone is still around doing closing work, no answer. Needless to say they don't give a damn about their patients

Beware: this company is crooked. They'll tell you one price during your visit and then bill you for a bunch of bs they didn't even do during your visit. The physician during my visit did not physically touch me once, so how could she check for anything? She took two swabs of my mouth to test for strep and I got a bill in the mail for being tested for an upper respiratory infection, when I had, in fact, already paid for 2 labs during my visit. And don't bother calling the billing department - THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I... read more
